Influencer boxing is back again with another big card! With notable names like Gib and Slim, Salt Papi, King Kenny, HS Tikkytokky, Jarvis, Ben Williams, Deji, Chase Demoor and many others.
Opening the card, Amir Anderson vs. Neeraj.
Amir coming in as a 1-0 pro with a 40-8 amateur record, his opponent Neeraj is a 12 pro fight vet, with a lacklustre 6-6 record.
Amir is a up and coming prospect in the traditional boxing scene, except him to win this in a pretty one sided victory.
Closing out the pre show! Luis Pineda vs. Swarmz.
Misfits 001 these men were fighting on the same night, vs the same opponent, KSI, both men came in underprepared and underproduced, now at Misfits 19 Pineda has since gone 3-0 an beat some tough competition, Swarmz who’s went 1-3 since, if u want to do fighters math Pineda should beat Swarmz easily, swarms last fight he was knocked out in 1 round with a left hook by Ed Matthews, soon later Ed Matthews was knocked out in the second round in a fight against Pineda.
I think Pineda edges this fight out in a unanimous decision win.
Kicking off the ppv show is Chase Demoor vs. Kelz.
Demoor, who’s well known in the influencer scene for many reasons, good and bad! But the guy brings views, as a sub par boxer. Demoor who’s 2-4-1 in his influencer boxing career vs. Kelz who’s 1-0 with one finish, I think the experience of Demoor edges this out, not sure how, but I think he’s out training with the better guys, he said during the previous presser that he’s only been training with pros. Kelz has little to no information on his camp.
Next up is Lil Cracra vs. Yuddygang TV.
This fight has happened 2 separate times before, fight one was interrupted in the later rounds because of a bomb threat, Cracra was winning the fight decisively but the fight was ruled a no contest due to the threat, fast forward a couple months and the 2nd fight happened, Cracra came out trying to end the fight in the early rounds and gassed, giving Yuddygang a clear path to victory.
Trilogy fight… I think Yuddygang gets the dub, if Yuddy can fight his fight the way he wants, he wins all day, Cracra is an exciting skilled fighter, but Yuddygang has excellent head movement and is very durable, with a good arsenal of boxing abilities.
Next up was supposed to be Nich Lmao vs. Jay Swingler, Jay out Warren Spencer in.
Nich has had success in the ring since his first boxing bout, in his first bout he went to a razor close Dec loss to Swingler. Since he’s been in a couple gimmicky fights. He fought in a 4 man match in which he won, then he fought in a tag team title match, that went to a split draw. Every outing u can see the intensity and improvement in his game. He’s facing up against Warren Spencer, who’s yet to win a bout, 0-2 overall with one of those being a finish.
I think Nich LMAO gets a finish.
This next fight could possibly steal the show, Ben Williams vs. Jarvis.
The current champ at welterweight Jarvis looks to defend his title for the first time against Williams.
Jarvis who’s jumped head first into the boxing scene fighting the best of the best, most notable Gib. Jarvis who holds a 4-1 record, looks to stop the fast rising 3-0 Ben Williams, Ben brings a lot of Irish eyes to misfits, and he carry’s a Connor McGregor like mystique. Both man can finish this fight at any point of the fight, this I a fight I truly don’t know who gets it, but I’ll go with Jarvis, simply because he’s currently the champ.
The 7th fight of the night, Deji vs. Dawood Savage.
Deji who’s had a resurgence in his career after going 0-3 to start his career, with current record of 2-4 with his 4 loss coming to the legendary Floyd “money” Mayweather.
Dawood who’s winless in all his bouts, is a very late addition to the card, he’s basically coming in without a camp. I think Deji early finish.
After that fight we get another super late addition to the card HS Tilkytokky vs. Masai Warrior.
Misfits is promoting HS hard since before his debut, in which he won in the first round, he’s fighting Warrior who’s yet to fight, I don’t have much information on this fight, I imagine misfits is trying to build HS up so I don’t see Warrior being very skilled, I’m calling another first round finish for HS.
Time for the co-main King Kenny vs. Salt Papi.
A fight with a lot of implications, winner fights the winner of the main event for the title.
Kenny who’s had a very up and down career thus far, with 5-3 record, with some of those wins in questionable fashion, making him very hard to pick as a winner.
Salt Papi, who’s had a similar situation holding a 5-2 record, but the catch with Salt, the level of competition since joining misfits is a step of from his counterpart Kenny.
I believe Kenny falls short, an loses by tko to Salt Papi.
Time for the main event. Gib vs. Slim for the middleweight title.
Gib, who’s had success in the ring outside of misfits holding a very respectable 6-1 record, with his only loss coming to the king of influencer boxing, Jake Paul.
Slim, who’s been one of the faces of misfits boxing since joining misfits. Holding a 7-0 undefeated record, with 5 finishes.
Both men beating notable name. Gib beating opponents like, Jay Swingler, Taylor Holder, Austin McBroom x2, and most recently Jarvis. Slim, whose resume is not as deep as Gib, is still very respectable, especially with his latest win over Salt Papi.
Both men have been on the shelf for over a year waiting to fight, Thursday that comes to a halt a they battle it out head to head. This is a razor close fight, both men are durable and give it just as good as they can take it, Gib cut angles very well, has a excellent jab. Slim, Gibs counter part, maintains a very good distance and uses his distance very well, has a long jab, that he usually follows up with some hooks.
Gib is the much cleaner boxer, as Slim is known to look sloppy, but he gets it done every time, this is Slims first times fighting a 8 round fight, he’s slowed down in fights in the past, but keeps his power in the later rounds.
My prediction is Gib digs deep after gettin knocked down early in the fight, and finishes Gib in the 7/8th round, or pulls out the decision.
